Specifications include, but are not limited to: Trotters Park includes four (4) multi-use fields and is located at 2701 Lee Road, Orlando, FL 32810. The Contractor will receive priority use of the fields for a fee that can potentially be reduced based on the number of City of Orlando resident youth enrolled in the Contractor’s program. The Contractor will offer excellence in coaching and team management, thereby ensuring a high quality experience for participating youth, including either recreational play for children who wish to play the sport for fun, or competitive play for those who want to achieve and maintain a higher level of skill, or both recreational and competitive play. Since the fields are properly configured for soccer, lacrosse and flag football, the City will accept bids from organizations that offer youth soccer, lacrosse or flag football. In addition, the Contractor will have the resources, experience, willingness, and management capabilities to assist the City in ensuring on-going cleanliness, maintenance and operation of the fields, goals, bleachers, parking lots, gates, signage, concessions and bathrooms.
