Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 178 total acres MOL of planted pine timber, upland natural pine timber, and upland hardwood timber located in Duval County, Florida. 51.3 acres of once thinned planted pine timber and un-thinned planted pine timber to be clear-cut. 56.8 acres of un-thinned planted pine timber to be 3rd row and selectively thinned. 61.5 acres of upland natural pine and hardwood timber to be clear-cut and/or chipped. 8.3 acres of upland natural pine and hardwood to be chipped. Where required, sale boundaries sale boundaries have been painted with blue paint and/or with pink “Timber Sale Boundary” flagging. Other obvious sale boundaries will be discussed prior to beginning the harvest. Target residual BA per acre on the thinning areas is 50-60.
