The operation of its 36-room hotel located on the upper two floors of the Reitz Union, situated in the heart of the University of Florida campus. The Reitz Union has been self-managing the hotel and is now interested in a professional management company to enhance the customer experience, improve revenue and better react to the changing hospitality market in the local area. The Reitz Union is a distinguished student union and multi-purpose facility, encompassing over 600,000 gross square feet. It includes public spaces, ballrooms, an auditorium, meeting rooms, arts & crafts center, game room, food court, offices, and a hotel with 36 guest rooms. Additionally, the Reitz Union houses Student Life departments and auxiliary services contributing to the campus life experience for students and the university community.
