JAA is soliciting competitive proposals for the award of a Valet Parking Services Concession at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). The successful Respondent must be a financially sound, qualified and competent firm that can proficiently and professionally manage and operate a Valet Parking Service Concession seven (7) days a week, 365 days per year. The management and operation of the Valet Parking Concession will be performed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein, including the Valet Parking Concession Agreement, Exhibit D. The Respondent will have the non-exclusive right and privilege to provide valet parking services to the traveling public and other users of JAX. In order to be considered for an award herein, Respondent must demonstrate and have significant management experience in valet parking for an airport of comparable size to JAX, with a proven track record for i) providing excellent customer service, ii) making smart hiring decisions, iii) providing comprehensive training programs; iv) support for the local community and environment and; v) innovative thinking towards continuous improvement in the provision of valet parking services.
