The valuation of the Hospital shall include: 1.4.1 An opinion of the fair market value of each property. 1.4.2 At least three (3) comparable sales for each property. 1.4.3 Copies of all data, analysis, and assumptions pertaining to the opinion of value. 1.4.4 Description and explanation of all adjustments and assumptions related to comparable sales or rural healthcare for the valuation. 1.5 The completed Valuation of the Hospital shall be submitted in writing (five originally signed duplicate originals executed by the President or Senior Partner (to be specified in the response to the RFP and negotiated in the contract) and electronically to Gail Escobar, Hospital Board Clerk Highlands County Hospital District Board as designated in the Contract. 1.6 Completion date shall be proposed in the response to the RFP. A commitment for prompt completion shall be considered by the Board in awarding the contract.
