To facilitate distribution of the underwriting data and requirements for each of the coverages, this consolidated Request for Proposals (hereinafter RFP) has been prepared. However, each of the coverages is severable and may be proposed separately. The following are included: Property Coverage (Includes Equipment Breakdown); Inland Marine; Crime Coverage; Fiduciary Liability Coverages; General Liability Including Employee Benefits Liability; Law Enforcement Liability; Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit- Police; Automobile Liability; Public Officials and Employment Practices Liability – City; Public Officials and Employment Practices Liability – CRA; Cyber; Deadly Weapon Protection Coverage; Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability; Storage Tank Liability, Corrective Action and Cleanup Costs; Excess Flood Insurance.
