Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City currently utilizes Municode to host its website (www.plantcitygov.com) and seeks to evaluate options for a new hosting service that will host the City’s website. The City seeks a user-friendly experience that will allow non-technical users to update information on the site easily. The front end should be clean and allow options such as video tours and/or slideshow photos that will allow the end user to view what the City has to offer. The site should work with the City’s 3rd party vendors such as Q-Alert, Everbridge, and allow the City to post monthly reports to the site to allow for transparency of department operations. If the vendor has a module that will allow this data to be inputted and the output is ADA compliant, please include that in the RFI. The site should have a CMS to allow for the upload and storage of documents, photos and media materials that is easily searchable from the front and back end of the website. The site should meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines and should meet additional requirements when WCAG is updated or changed.
