A. Website updates (i.e. forms, VPK Provider profiles, Content, etc.) B. Planning for Chat integration/feature/plug-in C. Utilize website tracking tools to track, measure, and produce monthly reports on website activity and visitor behavior including traffic, user clicks, and performance such as conversion rates. D. Provide basic website management training to Coalition staff who will be working on the website on a regular basis. E. Other areas of outreach and communication support as mutually agreed upon by the Parties. • List of personnel and biographies for all key staff that will be working on this project. Identifying the point of contact for the contract term. • Minimum of 2 samples of the company’s body of work, specific to website design. This must include evidence of optimal performance over multiple platforms – i.e. desktop, tablet, and mobile rendering. Samples may be in the form of links to websites or portfolios, or screenshots meeting the specifications. • Applicable industry certifications, recognition, or awards. • Minimum of 2 references from past or present clients. • Plan for working on-site or virtually with the project manager. • Proposed project approach and schedule of work, list of current project management tools used by the company, list of current projects and possible wait time. • Training plan for educating Coalition staff on basic HTML/coding, alt and meta tags, using the back office/editor for the website, and any other relevant content. • Statement of agreeance for entering into a technical support contract for a term of, up to, 3 years. This agreement may include general website maintenance and hosting services. • Plan for quality assurance testing and evaluating the effectiveness of current product and any designated website updates. • Proposed cost for the basic scope of work, including in-kind donations. Additional costs listed for other suggested services.
