Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Naples Airport Authority (“Authority”) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified firms to provide for a full-service public relations and marketing agency to partner with the Authority on proactive activities including (but not limited to) media campaigns, internal and external communications, community relations, and to assist with sensitive media inquiries. The Authority has found these services to be cost-effective and extremely valuable in communicating the Authority’s goals and accomplishments to the media, employees, industry partners, and the public. Using the Authority’s strategic plan as a basis, the agency will develop a strategic communication plan which positions the brand to promote transparency and foster trust among its audiences. The Authority’s communication team and executive leadership will provide collaborative direction on many tasks, but a proactive and creative lead is required by the agency.
