The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. As part of maintaining the infrastructure, the District is seeking the assistance of three experienced contractors to perform emergency repair and routine maintenance on District-owned boilers for the central energy plants for a three-year continuing contract term. Typical items of work may include, but are not limited to: > boiler repairs and maintenance; >removal of gas lines; >fan removal and repair; >fan installation, fan VFD installation and programming; >Autoflame Mk. 8 controller programming and troubleshooting; >EGA Mk. 8 programming and troubleshooting; and >boiler motor installation and replacement.
