Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide comprehensive plumbing services for Student Nutrition Services (SNS). These services include, but are not limited to, new installations, renovations, upgrades, and the installation of boilers and water heaters. The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the projects as required, in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The project involves removal of existing boiler systems that services SNS kitchens and restrooms within the school site. It will be replaced with independent tankless water heaters as well as electric and/or gas 80-gallon light commercial water heaters, including recirculating pumps
