Specifications include, but are not limited to: Major elements of the project include: 1. A HVAC Capital Renewal project for: Andover ES located at 3100 Sanctuary Point Blvd, Orlando, FL 32825. 2. Renovation of the campus heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system, including refurbishment or replacement of building HVAC and central energy plant (CEP) equipment (including but not limited to HVAC chiller replacement) and replacement of the building automation system (BAS). The campus will remain occupied during design and construction. The estimated construction cost is $4,400,000. Target Schedule: Pre-construction Services Commencement: 08/24/2022 Construction Notice to Proceed: 12/19/2022 Substantial Completion: 11/13/2023
