The ARCHITECT and Consultants shall provide all professional design services necessary to deliver the permitted design and contract documents within the established GMP Construction Budget. The design shall be per the established Design Schedule and the suggested master plan (see attached master plan prepared by others) for the proposed: 1) 25+ acre transportation facilities campus which will house the +/-28,500 SF operations facility for the school bus fleet maintenance services, supported by a surface parking lot for 300 buses. 2) +/- 22,500 SF administrative headquarters to house the offices, dispatch, meeting and training rooms, amongst other uses, supported by a staff surface parking lot for 375 vehicles. 3) +/- 10,000 SF fueling islands. 4) Bus washing amenities. 5) Charging stations for electric buses.
