Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lee County Port Authority (“Authority”) is seeking Letters of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms to provide Design Manager Services for RSW Consolidated Maintenance Facility at the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Lee County, Florida. The scope of services for this project includes performing design, permitting, bid assistance, construction administration services, and may include construction engineering inspection services associated with the RSW Consolidated Maintenance Facility project. The maintenance facility for the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) was constructed in 1999. The building was designed and permitted to accommodate a future 5,194 SF expansion. The construction of the maintenance building expansion was completed in the summer of 2020. Due to continued activity and growth, the Authority conducted a programming and siting study to identify a new preferred location for a Consolidated Maintenance Facility at the Southwest Florida International Airport.
