In accordance with the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes for Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) and 40USC11101-1104 (Brooks Act), the City of Palm Bay is accepting Qualification Submittals from FDOT pre-qualified firms who desire to provide surveying, engineering and design services for the four-lane widening with sidewalk on west side of SJHP from Malabar Road to north of Emerson. The project is a FDOT LAP Class B project due to the construction cost estimate exceeding $10M. Based on the LAP requirements, FDOT Standards, Specifications, design criteria and the Palm Bay 2024 Public Works Manual and City Right of Way Manual will apply for this project. 2.
