Proposer shall provide personnel to staff events held at Tampa Sports Authority facilities (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”). Personnel provided shall include but not be limited to: Director of Security, Event Manager, Florida Class D licensed security officers, Event Staff, Supervisors, Ushers, Ticket Takers, and Parkers (for occasional banquet event functions). The duties of these positions include, but are not limited to: A. Have general working knowledge of stadium (ie. How to get to various locations such as Gates, Clubs, Press Box, etc.) B. Understand Fan Code of Conduct and Stadium policies and procedures B. Greeting and providing information to patrons and staff C. Monitoring admittance of Vehicle and pedestrian access into the Stadium D. Conduct bag checks of patrons entering stadium E. Monitor the walk thru metal detectors or similar technology at all stadium entrances E. Assisting facility staff with unruly guests F. Monitoring inside of Stadium to ensure guests are adhering to stadium policies G. Providing a link with local law enforcement H. Ticket Taking I. Guiding vehicles to spaces (during BEO functions as requested) J. Assisting in the execution of safety and evacuation procedures...
