A. The Vendor shall be responsible to provide all necessary permits, equipment, materials, parts, supplies, labor, manufacturer's warranties, and Vendor warranties for parts and labor. B. The Vendor shall remove and properly dispose of 10 existing HVAC systems serving buildings #7104, #7935, #7364, #7363, #7060, and #7070, including but not limited to thermostats, air handling units, ductwork, and the exterior condenser unit (complete assembly). C. The Vendor shall provide and install the following complete HVAC systems in the following locations: 1. Administration Building #7104 Mechanical Room #128: a. One 7.5-ton heat pump split heating and cooling HVAC system in the existing location of the replaced HVAC system. The system must have a minimum season energy efficiency ratio (SEER) rating of 15. All installations must create a complete assembly and comply with manufacturer's specifications, as well as recommendations. The unit specified shall replace the existing one-7.5-ton unit. b. One 2.5-ton heat pump split heating and cooling HVAC system in the existing location of the replaced HVAC system. The system must have a minimum SEER rating of 15. All installations must create a complete assembly and comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as recommendations. The unit specified shall replace the existing one-2.5- ton unit. c. One 5-ton heat pump split heating and cooling HVAC system in the existing location of the replaced HVAC system. The system must have a minimum SEER rating of 15. All installations must create a complete assembly and comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as recommendations. The unit specified shall replace the existing one-5- ton unit. 2. Administration Building #7104 Mechanical Room #104: a. One 3.5-ton heat pump split heating and cooling HVAC system in the existing location of the replaced HVAC system. The system must have a minimum SEER rating of 15. All installations must create a complete assembly and comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as recommendations. The specified unit shall replace the existing one-3.5- ton unit. b. One 3-ton heat pump split heating and cooling HVAC system in the existing location of the replaced HVAC system. The system must have a minimum SEER rating of 15. All installations must create a complete assembly and comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as recommendations. The unit specified shall replace the existing one-3- ton unit. 3. Training Building #7935: a. Two 3-ton heat pumps split heating and cooling HVAC system in the existing location of the replaced HVAC system. The system must have a minimum SEER rating of 15. All installations must create a complete assembly and comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as recommendations. The unit specified shall replace the existing two-3- ton unit. 4. Supervisor Building #7364: a. One 5-ton heat pump split heating and cooling HVAC system in the existing location of the replaced HVAC system. The system must have a minimum SEER rating of 15. All installations must create a complete assembly and comply with the manufacturer’s specifications, as well as recommendations. The unit specified shall replace the existing one-5- ton unit.
