1. Proposed Application and Database Platform A. Detailed proposal of the infrastructure and platform • Identify service providers • Declare target software versions • Plan all platform hosting options and configurations B. Impact analysis of changes to specifically include the database • Identify 2nd and 3rd order effects of the upgrade and platform changes • Advise on database options, differences and impacts 3.2. 2. Customization and Cloud Readiness Review A. Identify all customizations with a review of their cloud alignment • Categorize customizations • Rank customizations for their supportability and portability to IBM's SaaS offering B. Identify opportunities to reduce customizations and take advantage of delivered functionality • Recommend appropriate timing for adoption (during, before or after the upgrade and migration project) 3.3. 3. Upgrade and Migration Services A. Project Management • Assume the role of Project Manager • Coordinate with the City's Project Manager on aligning resources for completing City deliverables • Plan, schedule and track all deliverables to completion B. Integration redesign at the Maximo touch point • Perform necessary technical work for integrations at the Maximo touch point (City personnel will be responsible for the integration platform and other integrated systems) C. Migration from Everyplace to Max Mobile D. Deployment, Setup and Migration to MAS 9 3.4. 4. MAS 9 Production and Test Environments A. A fully functional, tested and City of Lakeland approved production environment B. Three fully functional, tested and City of Lakeland approved non-production environments C. Coordinated go-live of the production environment with minimal customer disruption
