Specifications include, but are not limited to: In brief, the scope of contract shall require Bidder to provide qualified labor and customary tools and equipment, on a reoccurring basis, to perform those services as generally performed by commercial plumbing contractors including routine and emergency repair services, and occasional extensive renovation/remodeling plumbing projects. Specific examples of work shall typically include: installation of lines and water supplies; extension of plumbing hook-ups to portable classroom buildings; sewer line stop-ups, and; repair of broken water lines, gates valves, hose bids, and other fittings, fixtures and equipment commonly encountered in the plumbing trade. Bidder shall perform any and all associated and incidental work that may be required to successfully complete operations.
