The project generally consists of all demolition (Including landscaping) and legal disposal of the existing Paradise Regional Recreation Center Buildings, swimming pool, 6-shuffleboard courts, asphalt parking lots, utilities disconnect, etc., and the rebuild of the Paradise Regional Recreation Center, swimming pool, 6- shuffleboard courts, parking lots and utilities/site improvements. The new constructed Regional Recreation Center with approximately 35,000 square foot of various spaces shall include; entry lobby, large multipurpose room with a stage, table/chair storage area in the back of house, men’s and women’s group restrooms, Recreation director office and recreation support staff area, small multipurpose room, 2-card rooms, game room, arts and crafts room with 4-kilns and supply/storage rooms and community library. The swimming pool facility shall provide a support building for restrooms, storage, pool equipment enclosure, shade trellis, 2-shade pavilions and pool deck, 4’ wall and fencing integrated around the swimming pool and 6 new shuffleboard courts. Provide and install all new Landscaping and Irrigation Systems per the Michael Pape & Associates landscaping plans.
