• Remove any excess debris from the parking garage floors and stairwells • Pretreat any stains in parking garage floors with a degreaser • Pressure wash all the interior, walls, floors, and columns of the nine (9) level, approximately 256,000 square feet parking garage from the roof top to the ground level entry and exit area. • Ensure that all openings leading to the exterior of the structure are securely covered to prevent the escape of water, chemicals, or debris from the interior of the garage. • Secure all the drains to ensure all contaminated water is reclaimed and disposed of properly and does not go down the drains. • Use appropriate detergents and cleaning solutions tailored to different surface types and ensure all products are environmentally friendly and safe for the building materials. • Submit all proposed cleaning agents to the City Project Manager for approval before project commencement to ensure they are environmentally friendly and safe materials. • Obtain all required permits. City permit fees will be waived. • List any special requirements needed to complete work (i.e. sidewalk closures, traffic modification, schedule of closure of garage levels). • Outline and obtain approval from City Project Manager any sidewalk closures and/or traffic modifications required for the project and based on the selected vendor’s work plan. • Provide a detailed report including before and after photos, observations, and any recommendations.
