The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities consisting of, but not limited to the following: 1. Construction of a new submersible pump type lift station and associated equipment and instrumentation. The concrete wetwell will have three chambers. A total of six submersible pumps will be installed under this Project. 2. Construction of a new concrete masonry electrical building and associated electrical components and HVAC system. 3. Installation of a new two-stage odor control system and associated duct work. 4. Installation of a new standby emergency generator and diesel fuel storage tank. 5. Piping, valves, and site piping. 6. Precast concrete structures, reinforced concrete, instrumentation, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. 7. Connection to existing force main, gravity sewer, storm drain, water, and other site utilities. 8. Installation of perimeter reinforced concrete and masonry wall. 9. Horizontal directional drilling of a new water service under Dowden Road. 10. Concrete driveway and pavement inside the perimeter walled area. 11. Miscellaneous site work including clearing, grubbing, placement of fill material, and fine grading. 12. Testing of sanitary sewers, storm drainage, reclaim water, water service, valves and manholes for proper installation and performance. 13. All related site work including trench excavation, temporary steel sheeting, groundwater dewatering, disposal of excess excavated materials, fencing, bedding, backfill, compaction, road/drive subbase, paving, load/sodding. 14. Other miscellaneous work shown in the Specifications for a complete and operational system.
