Description

The Town of Lake Placid Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Interlake Streetscape Project. The project consists of four distinct phases, and bidders may submit proposals for one or multiple phases. Work must be performed in accordance with the Interlake Streetscape Plans.

This project is part of the Town’s Community Redevelopment Initiative, aimed at revitalizing and enhancing public spaces for residents and visitors. The Town and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are dedicated to sustainable development, public safety, and quality of life improvements.
