The General Services Agency (GSA), on behalf of the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners (CCBoC) as “Owner”, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified design professionals (DP) with fire and emergency service experience, interested in providing Master Planning Services for a project known as Project No. 2024-001 Cherokee County Fire & Emergency Services Headquarters Campus, on behalf of Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services (“Using Agency” or ''CCFES'') meeting the specifications, and as described herein.

Step I - Request for Qualifications:
The selection process starts with the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). Interested firms must submit Statements of Qualifications. Firms meeting the Minimum Qualifications outlined in the RFQ will have their Statements of Qualifications reviewed by Selection Committee consisting of representatives of the Using Agency, the GSA and internal project stakeholders such as Property Management, Information Technology, Finance and possibly third-party representatives (i.e., Design Professional, Commissioning Agent, etc.). The Selection Committee will score each Statement of Qualifications to publish a shortlist of the firms deemed having the most appropriate qualifications for the Project (“Finalist Firms”). Debrief requests accepted subsequent to the official award by action of the CCBoc.

Step II - Request for Interviews:
Finalist Firms will be invited for Interviews with the Selection Committee.
