THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR THOSE FIRMS IDENTIFIED AND NOTIFIED AS FINALISTS AFTER COMPLETING JESSIE DAVS PARK IMPROVEMENTS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 2022-002.

The City of Douglasville, Georgia will receive sealed proposals for all material, labor, and equipment for the “Jessie Davis Park Improvements”. In summary, the Project will include the demolition of existing park features, new improvements including parking lot expansions, an updated synthetic turf football field, a multi-use trail system, pavilion areas, new playground areas, pool facility, zero-entry pool, and splash pad area, landscaping, and signage. The Project will also consist of the construction of three new facilities. A new gymnasium that includes two additional basketball courts and a walking track; a community center to assist in building strong, safe, and inclusive communities; and a senior center for dedicated senior programming opportunities. In addition to all related accessories as shown on the plans by GMC dated 04/15/2022.
