24-326RP - Beer & Wine Vendor Services for Special Events

The City of Johns Creek Recreation & Parks Department is soliciting vender services for beer & wine sales at City Special Events. The City schedules and plans a wide variety of special events for the community. These events include monthly summer concerts (May - October), cultural events and holiday celebrations. At concerts and some other events, the City of Johns creek coordinates for a vendor to provide beer & wine sales to event attendees at a booth at an outdoor location. The vendor must hold all necessary alcohol licenses required for such services in Johns Creek, and will be required to apply for a Special Event Permit for each event. Vendors who provide the requested information and hold the required permits may be contacted to participate in one or more events in 2025.  Events are primarily held at Newtown Park (3150 Old Alabama Road), Heisman Field (1930 Bobby Jones Dr) and City Hall (11360 Johns Creek Parkway) in Johns Creek, GA.
