The City of Johns Creek Parks and Recreation Department, (City), requests that interested parties submit a quote for specified concrete repair projects following current GDOT standards within the City of Johns Creek including but not limited to: concrete slab on grade paving, valley gutter, handicap ramps, and turn down slab construction. This work shall consist of supplying, transporting, forming, placing, finishing and curing of concrete. The contractor will also be responsible for demolition and disposing of necessary existing asphalt, concrete, and soil to complete the repair work. Please see attached excel document (quantities and type of work).
