25-052 - Performing Arts Center - Design and Cost Estimating

The City of Johns Creek seeks to engage the services of a qualified firm to expeditiously determine a floorplan/building size needed for an 800-seat performance hall and necessary support spaces (with an alternative option with 20,000 square feet of art classroom space), estimated construction costs (for both options), and estimated operation and maintenance costs (for both options) to inform a decision as to whether to proceed with construction documents for construction of a Performing Arts Center (with or without art classroom space) in the Johns Creek Town Center.
