ITB 24-PW06 - ITB 24-PW06, Morris Road Widening Project

The City of Milton is requesting bids from qualified parties to provide construction services for the Morris Road Widening Project in Milton, Georgia. To bid on this contract, the Bidder must be listed on the current Georgia Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list and must have work class 400-Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete Construction classification. The Contractor must also possess a Utility Contractors license.  No exceptions.  The Contractor must be in good standing with the City of Milton. All qualified bids will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. 

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
