Description

.The City of Milton (City), is seeking written proposals from qualified vendors for the implementation of a comprehensive Managed Print System. Proposer should have adequate prior experience working with local government. The City has a total of thirty-one (31) printers within the City’s environment, all printers except one are HP. For this RFP the City is looking to replace or consolidate eighteen (18) of the thirty-one (31) printers, which are highlighted in the printer inventory list provided later in this section. We are looking for Offerors to provide recommendations on replacement units and/or a plan to consolidate units wherever recommended.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
