Description

The City of Milton is requesting proposals from prequalified Georgia Department of Transportation consultants to review and complete partial preliminary design plans including final right of way plans and development of final construction documents with construction administration services on the TSPLOST funded project for Morris Road Capacity Improvements (MIL-031). The current work on the preliminary plans for Morris Road is part of a design services contract that also includes the Big Creek Greenway trail connection project. These projects were procured together for coordinated design purposes and there was a maximum amount of funding for the overall contract. The Big Creek Greenway trail connection project is utilizing more of the funding allocated to the overall contract than was anticipated. The Morris Road widening design services were not able to be fully funded under that procurement. The remaining services to complete the design of the Morris Road widening are being re-bid through this request for proposals. All Consultants must comply with all general and special requirements of the RFP information and instructions enclosed herein.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
