RFP 24-FD01 - RFP 24-FD01, Fire-Rescue Physical Evaluations

The City of Milton Fire-Rescue Department is looking for a provider to deliver pre-employment physicals, annual medical examinations, and other added services. Due to the nature of the services required, providers must have the ability to deliver the annual medical evaluations in Milton, Georgia at the Milton Fire-Rescue’s designated location. Pre-employment physicals should be conducted in Milton or at a facility in close proximity to Milton, Georgia whenever possible.  The contract will be for an initial annual term beginning on October 1, 2024, which will auto renew each October 1 for two (2) additional annual terms.  

All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
