Description

The City of Milton is seeking proposals from highly qualified Offerors with the demonstrated professional competence and experience to enter into a unit price “purchasing contract” with one firm to be the primary supplier of the HVAC Maintenance & On-Call Services. The City desires a four (4) year agreement which is renewed annually. The awarded Contractor will provide regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance for the City's mulitiple facilities and related on-call services as needed.

The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
