Description

PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The objective and ultimate goal for this project is the city of morrow, as "owner" or the "city," is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing design professional services for a project to design, engineer, and potentially assist in overseeing the build on the lots cleared after the loss of several buildings and structure design for building capable lots in the entertainment district designated as "the district."
the city desires to retain a design professional for the following improvements to the district facilities:

design the vacant three (3) lots where the previous structures were before the arson. there is a desire for one of these lots to be designed as a brewery and perhaps a merger of the other two lots to one structure with an open common dining area and adjacent retail locations.
make improvements to the shoppes as needed.
design a boardwalk directly behind the shoppes, mitigate any erosion issues, and design/build an amphitheater.

(d) design a section of existing land located next to i-75 and adjacent to the existing shoppes as a night market/container dining area.
the city will provide potential design professional with a copy of the utilities survey, topography report, other plans and reports in our possession. the city will also provide access to the basecamp project containing the aforementioned records and plans. the design professional selected may assist the owner with final programming for the facilities, coordinating outdoor furniture, fixtures and equipment, and the scope may include security and information technology improvements.
