This is an attempt to solicit a quick bid pricing for an HVAC Solution for a newly completed Exhibition Hall. There is an additional 43,000 sq.ft. unfinished space downstairs. The City is open to any solution or combination of solutions to cool and heat the space. The previous chiller system is still located in the basement but feeder pipes have been cut and a portion of the duct work has been removed. Architectural drawings are added and a site visit to the location is possible.
