The City of Riverdale, through its Public Works Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for construction of the Riverdale Centre Space Modifications. CONFERENCE ROOM (475 square feet) Convert this room into four cubicle type offices with cubical type dividing walls. Electrical and audio-visual improvements to upgrade for the electrical and data demands of these offices and equipment. New carpet. Files, photocopier, and other office machinery will relocate into this room. Remove wall coverings and repaint. Remove countertop. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES The space where the files, photocopier and other office machinery are presently located will be added to the director’s office by demolishing and constructing full height walls. New carpet. New paint. ARTS ROOM PATIO (4700 square foot addition) A grass area will be paved with asphalt. Work includes wall, drainage, and irrigation alterations. A gate will be added in the present wall. Work includes demolition and restoration of any damage to the wall. FORMER WEIGHT ROOM (906 square feet) This becomes the new conference room. Relocate conference facilities into this room. Audio-visual and electrical improvements. New carpet. Remove wall coverings and repaint. Remove wall mounted light fixtures and add ceiling mounted light fixtures. GREEN ROOM / REFEREES ROOM Convert locker area into an ADA compliant shower. New flooring. New paint.
