2022-03 - Request for Professional Design Services of the Rountree Rd Roadway Project

The City of Riverdale, through its Public Works Department is soliciting quotes from qualified firms for Professional Design Services for the Rountree Roadway Project. The design will include preparing preliminary engineering and PS&E. The Project consists of, but is not limited to, design of approximately 4,600 linear feet of widened roadway from State Route 85 to Chestnut Lane.  The roadway will be widened to one 14’ wide lane in each direction; curb, gutter, and piped drainage on both sides; and a 5-foot wide ADA-compliant sidewalk separated from the back of the curb by a 2’ wide grass strip on each side for the length of the project. Also included in this scope of work is the survey of the entire length of the route to the width required to complete the design.  The Selected Provider shall also determine the additional right-way required to construct its design and prepare easement or acquisition plats for each affected parcel.
