1.1 The project is located on Fairburn Road, starting at Cascade Road, and continuing to North Utoy Creek. The typical section includes 12-ft travel lanes, curb and gutter, a 10-ft multi-use path on the west side and a 6-ft wide sidewalk behind a 2-ft stamped concrete strip on the east side of Fairburn Road. Improvements also include bridge replacements at North and South Utoy Creek with bottomless culverts, turning lanes at the Fairburn Road/Cascade
