23-51 - Management of the Merk Miles Citizen Convenience Center for the CoSF

The facility uses the address of 3225 Merk Road, South Fulton GA 30349, in Fulton County, Georgia. The official parcel is 14F0102 LL0037 which is 153 acres of land and is part of the Merk Miles Landfill property. The City of South Fulton operates Merk Miles Citizens Convenience Center through an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Fulton County. This agreement allows for non-hazardous solid waste Citizens Convenience Center as limited by the Post Closure Permit. Any improvements that require land disturbance area governed by this agreement. The vendor will be responsible for coordinating, making application for, and obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits and any and all other necessary approvals that may be required for City’s for use of the Property.
