20-6531 - Annual Contract - Purchase of Asphalt

The Cobb County Department of Transportation is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of asphalt. 
Specifications
 
All material and mix must be designed to meet Georgia D.O.T standard specification.
 
Vendors must provide a cost per ton for materials on the Bid Form. The contracted vendor shall load asphalt onto Cobb County trucks at the asphalt plant.
 
Cobb County shall notify the contracted vendor of requested material and mixes in advance, by
2:00 PM the day before the required mixes shall be picked up.
 
All furnished material and mixes must be furnished to Cobb County within the time frame requested.
 
Cobb County uses the following mixes:
 
A - Binder                         Cold Mix – QPR2000
B –Binder                         Cold Mix – Ultra Patch
E – Mix                             Liquid Asphalt – RC-70
F – Mix
H – Mix
G – Mix
