T3020 - FY21 South Cobb Water Reclamation Facility Improvements

Professional services related to the evaluation and design development of improvements for specific processes within the liquid and solids treatment trains at South Cobb WRF. Project involves rehabilitation of the primary sedimentation process and/or replacement of key components, the rehab of the secondary clarifier process and/or replacement of key components, and the rehabilitation of the sludge holding tanks and ancillay equipment.  Professional services related to the design of selected rehabilitation and/or replacement bid documents, bidding support, construction management, construction engineering, and on-site inspection may be negotiated with the selected firm at the option of the Water System.
