Cobb County is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Construction Manager At-Risk (“CM At-Risk”) Services for the Strategic Stockpile which will consist of the Renovation/Addition to the Cobb County Fire Annex located at 3200 Austell Road Marietta, GA 30008, based on the attached Drawings and Specifications.
Funding for this project will be CARES Act funding. The Project must be completed prior to December 30, 2020. The Project is required to comply with State and Federal statutes, rules and regulations, as well as those of Cobb County, including local permitting of the project. Additionally, the Project must comply with all grant rules, regulations, specifications and requirements.
