23-6707 - RFP-Design and Building Svcs for Staff Gym Expansion at Adult Detention Center

Cobb County (“Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Design and Building Services for expansion of the staff gym in the Administration Building of the Adult Detention Center (“Project”) located at 1825 County Services Parkway, Marietta, GA 30008, based on the attached Design Intent Drawings and Specifications.

The project consists of the expansion of the existing gym with a building addition of about 5,508 S.F. for a new GYM area of about 7,996 S.F. including new restrooms, showers, janitor’s closet, office and existing storage. The existing building is located off County Services Parkway along Bill Hutson Way in the city of Marietta, GA.
