23-6722 - RFP - State and Federal Legislative Consulting Services

Cobb County Government (“County”) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms (“Consultant”) to provide legislative consulting services at the state and federal level. As the county provides services to  almost 800,000 residents, it is necessary to strategically plan, analyze, monitor, and track funding opportunities, proposed laws and regulations that would affect those services or their costs to the county. It is anticipated that an agreement for the described services will be entered into with a firm that, in the opinion of Cobb County, offers the proposal determined to be most advantageous to the County. The procurement will be made in accordance with the Policy for Procurement of Professional Services (most recent revision, July 14, 2020) Selection Process 2 (Competitive Proposals).
