As the Community Based Agency (CBA) for Cobb County, Cobb County Senior Services (CSS) provides a vast array of services to the citizens of Cobb County. The In-Home Services Program (IHSP) is provided through professional contract and successful bidders must adhere to all conditions and specifications. All interested and qualified parties are invited to submit proposals to provide Homemaker, Personal Care, and Respite (In Home) services to senior residents of Cobb County who would otherwise be unable to care adequately for themselves due to difficulties with certain activities and instrumental activities of daily living.
