Cobb County is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers (“Proposer” or “Service Provider”) to establish a contract for payment processing “lockbox” services (“Project”) to include processing each mailed water payment, collecting ACH-CIE payments and all other ACH payments; directly depositing funds in Cobb County bank accounts and transmitting payment, account and other associated information to Cobb County Water System for upload into the Customer Suite Customer Information System (CIS).
