22-6621 - Request for Proposal - Water Billing Software

The Cobb County Water System (CCWS or “Owner”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Vendor” or “Proposer”) and intends to select a vendor to provide software for water utility billing for over 195,000 accounts.  In addition, the vendor shall provide the professional services necessary to implement and support the selected software.

Currently, CCWS is using Hansen’s Banner Billing software version 4.3 GP5.  CCWS has been utilizing this software for more than ten (10) years.  As it is vitally important that the history of the billing accounts not be lost in transition to a new software, the Vendor must address how the accounts can be migrated or propose a suitable alternative solution.
