This solicitation is requesting electronic proposals submitted through Bidnet from qualified vendors in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing federally funded child nutrition programs. It is the intent of the Drew Charter School, hereinafter referred to as the School Food Authorities (SFA), to award a contract to procure specified items listed in this document. Vendors are invited to submit a proposal to provide specified items to the SFAs. A vendor who submits a proposal in response to this solicitation will be hereinafter referred to as “Proposer”.
