Fulton County, Georgia (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive business process review and assessment of voter registration and election operations within the Fulton County Registration and Elections Department. This assessment shall include a review of business processes, statutes, ordinances, and policies and procedures that govern Registration and Election operations within the State of Georgia, an operations improvement and efficiency review and the development of an implementation plan. The review should provide recommendations which address operational efficiencies and effectiveness as well as deficiencies.
