Fulton County, Georgia (“Fulton County Board of Health”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms/vendors to provide HIV prevention services in Fulton County on behalf of Fulton County Board of Health (FCBOH). The services being sought are an element of FCBOH’s comprehensive HIV surveillance and prevention program to prevent new HIV infections and achieve viral suppression among persons living with HIV. Funds available are from a grant by Centers of Disease Control and Prevention administered through the Georgia Department of Public Health (State).
